Changing Access Lists The Access Lists controls which Users have access to the Student. This should be monitored as needed and updated when the student's team changes (i.e. the student moves to the next grade). To modify the Access Lists click the "Change Access Lists" button located on the middle right hand side of the Student's Demographics page.

DO NOT use the top section this section is for the IEP database within WebKidss. Instead use the bottom section that indicates which "Reg Ed Users" are allowed access to this SIT Student.
To Add Users, click on their name in the left hand column and click the "Add One" button. To remove simply complete the reverse. Click on their name in the right hand column and click the "Clear One" button. Make sure you do not remove your own name unless you no longer need access to the student. Once you are done with any necessary changes click the "Save Access Lists" button to return to the Demographics screen. |
